For parents with babies 0-6 months looking for friendship, connection, and support. 6 weeks - no meeting on Dec 29. Facilitated by Yaffa, a licensed psychotherapist certified in perinatal mental health and mom of 3, this group is a chance for you to get out of the house and meet other parents who are facing similar challenges to you. Topics include sleep, feeding, communication, mom guilt, and more. Nothing is off limits! Come as you are!
