What To Expect
For moms and babies 0-4 months looking for friendship, connection, and support. Includes a hot, Kosher-certified lunch. Meets for 7 weeks on Wednesdays, 10am-12pm. This group is a chance for you to get out of the house and meet other parents who are facing similar challenges to you. Topics include sleep, feeding, communication, mom guilt, partner dynamics, returning to work, self-care and MUCH more. Nothing is off limits! Come as you are!
