Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

A combined class for those expecting and postpartum! Babies welcome! Now Wednesdays 10:30-12!

What To Expect

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to prepare for labor and delivery, to stay in shape, and to connect with other expecting mamas. Postnatal yoga is a great way to get back in shape (hah), and to connect with other postpartum mamas! Led by certified yoga instructor, Rena Needle. Feeding, diaper changes, crying babies all welcome! Sign up for individual sessions or buy a 5-class pass. Mats and bolsters will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like. Feel free to bring a blanket for your baby to lay on.
