Are you expecting a little bundle of joy and looking for a nurturing and holistic approach to your pregnancy journey? Join us for a 6-week Wellness Group by yoga instructor and dietician, Rena Needle. ๐ŸŒฟ About the Program: In this empowering and educational 6-week program, we'll focus on the physical, emotional, and nutritional aspects of pregnancy and prepping for baby. This group will meet at Temple Emanuel in Newton, 385 Ward Street. ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Prenatal Yoga, Stretching and Breathing: Rena will lead us through a series of soothing yoga practices that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. These sessions are tailored to alleviate common discomforts associated with pregnancy and foster a deeper connection with your baby. ๐Ÿ Nutrition and Wellness: A healthy pregnancy begins with a balanced diet and self-care. Rena will provide us with essential nutrition guidance tailored to your unique needs during pregnancy. Learn how to make wholesome food choices that nurture both you and your growing baby. Discover ways to maintain your energy, reduce common pregnancy discomforts, and cultivate overall well-being. ๐ŸŒŸ What to Expect: - Six weeks of immersive support and community - Nutritional guidance and tips to optimize your diet - A safe space to connect with other expectant mothers Tentative Schedule Each Week 6:30pm - Gather Together and Check In 7:00pm - Evening mindfulness: guided yoga, stretching, breathing exercises 7:30 pm - Nutrition Conversation including a cooking demo and tasting - with a recipe to take home! 8:00 pm - Goodbye! ๐Ÿคฐ Who Should Join: This program is open to mothers at any stage of their pregnancy, whether it's your first or subsequent child. It's an opportunity to come together, share your experiences, and build a strong support network. *Limited to 10 Participants*
