What To Expect
Mommy and Baby Yoga! Note location change : this will be held at 60 Stein Circle in Newton! Postnatal yoga is a great way to get back in shape (hah), and to connect with other postpartum mamas! Led by certified yoga instructor, Rena Needle. Feeding, diaper changes, crying babies all welcome!
