Alison Shelby

My name is Alison and I am 39 years old.  I have two children ages 5.5 and 7.5 years old. I have been working with children for just over 20 years and I have a passion for helping families make a smooth transition into parenthood.  I have extensive knowledge in breastfeeding/lactation support, bottle feeding, postpartum depression, c-sections and natural births, sleep training, care for mothers after birth and more.  Bringing a new baby home is such an exciting time but it also can be overwhelming.  My goal is to always try to make this time as stress-free as possible!
