Overnight shifts (8 hours): your doula cares for the baby while you sleep a full night — and leaves you with newborn sleep tips that keep paying off.
Daytime shifts (4 hours): newborn care, feeding support, emotional support, and light household help — so you can nap, shower, and eat something warm with both hands.
