Cancellation Policy

I understand there are no refunds within 24 hours of the start of the class. I understand I may reschedule to another date pending availability. A full refund will be issued minus processing fees if requested prior to 24 hours before the beginning of class. If BBV needs to cancel the class, I will be issued a full refund or the option to reschedule to a different day. I understand and acknowledge that in yoga, as in other forms of exercise, there exist certain inherent risks. I voluntarily participate in the yoga instruction taught at Temple Emanuel, through the Boston Birth Village, and agree to assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the yoga program offered. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my health care practitioner prior to and regarding my participation in yoga classes offered by the Boston Birth Village. By clicking that I have read this policy, I release the Boston Birth Village and Temple Emanuel, it’s owners and instructors, as well as other students and individual substitute teachers from liability, and hold them harmless for any injury to myself, my child, or fetus, and damage to my property while on the premises at 385 Ward Street, Newton, MA 02465, whether caused in or out of class, by negligence or otherwise.
