YAFFA & SHIRA

Six kids between us, and one big idea

We're sisters with three kids each. We carried each other through pregnancies, births, and the late nights awake with babies — and we knew every parent deserves that kind of backup.

Yaffa Tilles — Co-owner, birth doula, LICSW, and perinatal mental health certified (PMH-C). Loves the beach, spa days, and her kiddos, hubby, and pup Kira.

Shira Strosberg — Co-owner and certified birth doula. Loves musicals and taking long walks while listening to a great book.
